Change and Project Management
We undertake change management projects in local, regional and national organisations. We specialise in assignments which require senior level expertise in transforming large service areas and in developing new services to address changing community needs and customer demands.
We also work as project managers in range of different settings, and offer expertise in managing multi-professional teams. We combine a strategic perspective with attention to detail and a focus on achieving value for money.
Janet Dean leads our change management practice. Her experience as an Executive Director in local government spans housing, environment, planning, economic development and social services. As a Non-Executive Director she holds board level posts in a regional health body and a large metropolitan university and she chairs one of the biggest arms length housing organisations in the country.
Keith Knight is a member of the Association of Project Managers by examination and an expert in architectural project and programme management.
