At the Three Cranes (listed grade II*) which has been derelict for sixteen years Keith carried out a development appraisal and successfully applied to the Architectural Heritage Fund for funding for a feasibility study. Keith was appointed architect and lead professional for the study and assembled a team of specialist consultants including an historic buildings archaeologist, structural engineer, materials consultant (particularly to advise on woodworm, death watch beetle and wet rot) quantity surveyors and valuation surveyors.
